Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Portland, Oregon

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP state license for Oregon, or eligible for licensure by start date
- CCC-SLP certification welcomed; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Previous experience in pediatrics, school-based, or healthcare speech therapy settings is highly valued
- Skilled in assessment, developing IEPs, and delivering direct and consultative speech therapy services
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication and speech disorders among preschool-aged students
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans
- Deliver targeted speech-language interventions, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Collaborate with educators, support teams, and families to support student success
- Maintain meticulous documentation in line with regulatory and school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on student communication needs
