About the Role
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist committed to helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed academically—all from your home office? We are seeking an experienced and motivated SLP to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout Oregon. This fully remote position allows you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy while collaborating with educators, families, and school teams across the state.
What You’ll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs and educational goals

Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions through secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school personnel to support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Oregon SLP license issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology (BSPA)

Experience working in school settings or familiarity with Oregon Department of Education (ODE) guidelines

Required Oregon background checks for school-based providers (e.g., criminal history records check/fingerprinting)
