A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a K-12 school in the Portland, OR area. This role covers a maternity leave beginning mid-February through mid-May 2026, serving a varied caseload across multiple grade levels.
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: February 19, 2026 – May 14, 2026 (Maternity Leave)
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week (part-time)
Setting: K-12 School environment
Caseload: K-12 students (specific details to be determined)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a K-12 setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders to support student success
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in team meetings and support school goals related to speech-language services
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred
- Ability to work on-site full-time during assigned hours
