Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Portland, OR. This role involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing direct therapy, conducting evaluations, and contributing to student IEPs.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements:

Active Oregon SLP License
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs considered)
-
Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Must be available on-site
