ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a forward-thinking school district in Portland, Oregon. This full-time position offers a balanced caseload, supportive leadership, and opportunities for both local and travel clinicians.
About the Role
The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across a diverse student population. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams is highly encouraged to ensure comprehensive support for each child’s success.

Compensation & Benefits – Pay Structure Explained
Weekly Pay: $2,812–$3,187 (based on experience, district budget, and flexibility to start).
Local & Travel Options: Local applicants welcome. Travel candidates may qualify for tax-free stipends adding $150–$200 weekly to take-home pay.
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and licensure or onboarding reimbursements.
