Full-Time | Onsite | Short-Term with Possible Extension
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a short-term, full-time position based out of the district office in Milwaukie, OR. This role supports the district OT team and may be extended beyond the initial assignment.
Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Dates: ASAP start – 10/17/2025 (with potential to extend)

Location: District office-based, serving schools in the area

Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services and consultations
-
Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEPs
-
Complete report writing and collaborate with the district OT team
Qualifications:
-
Active Oregon OT license
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
-
Strong communication and documentation skills
