Key responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language therapy to students across one or two school buildings, with caseloads ranging between 45 and 55 students.
- The first SLP will split time between one elementary and one middle school building.
- The second SLP will focus on two middle school buildings.
- Collaborating with educators and staff to implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy plans to meet developmental goals.
- Maintaining documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Prior experience working as an SLP in school settings.
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively.
