This position offers travel assignments within the region, supporting 1-2 schools with an average full-time caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language assessments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district guidelines for educational therapy services.
- Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of the student population.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure for Florida.
- Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred but new graduates with appropriate certifications are encouraged to apply.
- CCC-SLP credential preferred; CF-SLPs with supervision options are also welcomed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and fingerprints.
Work Details:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Start date: August 10, 2026; End date: May 28, 2027.
- Travel required to assigned schools within the Southeast Florida coast.
- Assignments range from 1-2 schools depending on placement.
