Multiple assignments are available—part-time positions (14-21 hours/week) can be combined for full-time consideration (35 hours/week), creating great flexibility to match your preferences. Service 1-2 schools, depending on your schedule, with options to collaborate within SLP teams or lead your own caseload.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Florida SLP license required
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly desired
  • Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprints (prior AHCA prints can transfer)
  • Comfortable picking up district badge onsite before your assignment starts
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Role Highlights:

  • Deliver therapy to students in grades PreK–8, with school sites focused on either primary, middle, or mixed age groups
  • Settings include working as the sole SLP or as part of a collaborative team
  • Locations: Tradition Lakes (grades 4–8, part-time); Manatee K–8 (collaborative environment); C.A. Moore K–8 (sole SLP); White City Elementary (small caseload, no PreK/self-contained)
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and family conferences as needed
  • Document services and progress in accordance with school guidelines
