Support speech and language development for students across various grade levels in a dynamic K-12 educational setting located in Stuart, FL. This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time contract positions for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) dedicated to serving children from pre-kindergarten through middle school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services primarily to students in pre-K through 5th grade, with opportunities to support older students.
  • Manage caseloads that may include children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) units and collaborate with educational teams to develop individualized plans.
  • Deliver services across multiple schools, with assignments generally focused on one campus but flexibility for part-time roles across several locations.
  • Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFs) when applicable, ensuring quality of care and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with pediatric populations.
  • Comfort servicing diverse caseloads including ASD units and early childhood education programs.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time based on available assignments.
  • Willingness to provide services independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Locations and Scheduling Options:

  • Full-time position serving primarily Northport VPK-8 in Port St. Lucie, including off-site Head Start programs.
  • Part-time opportunities available at FK Sweet Elementary School (1 day/week), Palm Pointe K-8 (2 days/week; SLPA support possible), and middle schools (1 day/week).
  • Assignments are on-site only; no hybrid or VOCO options.
