Job Overview – What You’ll Do:

Work with students in a school-based setting to assess and address speech and language disorders
-
Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings tailored to student goals
-
Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and school administrators
-
Participate in IEP meetings, maintain thorough documentation, and track student progress
Qualifications & Certifications (Florida Requirements):

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Valid license from the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
-
Florida Department of Education certificate may be required depending on district guidelines

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
