Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time School-Based Opportunity

37.5–40 Hours/Week | Middle & High School Caseload
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a forward-thinking and supportive school district in Washington State to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of secondary-level students, including those preparing for life after high school through a specialized transition program.
Whether you're an experienced school-based clinician or a licensed SLP exploring remote options, this role offers flexibility, structure, and support.
Position Highlights:

Full-time: 37.5–40 hours per week

Student Population: Grades 6–12

Middle School

Alternative High School

Homelink (alternative education program)
Caseload: No more than 50 students
Focus Areas: Language, articulation, fluency, social communication, and functional communication for transition-aged students
This position involves delivering speech therapy services either on-site or remotely. Remote SLPs will be supported by on-site staff to ensure sessions run smoothly and effectively.
Support Structure:

The district plans to place one SLPA on-site to support the caseload, particularly if the supervising SLP is working remotely

Paraeducator support will also be available in the building to assist with therapy logistics

Collaborative team environment with strong administrative backing
What We're Looking For:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Washington SLP License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and fostering growth
