We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA! This full-time position allows you to work with K-12 students, providing essential speech and language services that will help them thrive academically and socially. Position Overview:
- Location: Port Hueneme, CA
- Employment Type: Full-time, onsite
- Caseload: K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive environment
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
