Job Requirements:

Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered
-
Must meet all Minnesota Department of Education and Health Department requirements, including background clearance and any applicable school-based documentation
Job Duties:

Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of 30–50 students with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and non-verbal communication challenges

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech-language needs
-
Develop and implement IEP-aligned therapy plans tailored to individual student goals

Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure progress and engagement

Utilize assistive technology and alternative communication methods when needed
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
