Key qualifications and experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification with CCC preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in school-based speech therapy highly desired
- Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese are a strong asset
- Experience working with K-12 student caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families

Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12
- Assessing and evaluating students’ communication needs and progress
- Developing individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
- Supervising and mentoring SLPAs and CFYs on caseload management and clinical practices
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintaining compliance with school policies and state regulations regarding therapy services
