Sunbelt Staffing is actively partnering with a school district to identify two onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the current school year. These are in-person only roles supporting early childhood and elementary populations, with flexibility for candidates seeking full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week) schedules.
This district is open to new graduates completing their CFY and provides a supportive team environment.
Position Overview

Discipline: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Openings: 2 onsite SLPs

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

30-minute unpaid lunch
Hours:
Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
Will consider part-time candidates (3 days/week minimum)
Setting: Onsite only
Grade Levels: Early Childhood & Elementary (with some K–12 itinerant support as needed)
Schools: Multiple sites (Elementary & Middle School)
Caseload & Responsibilities
Elementary-focused caseload
Direct therapy services
IEP development and participation
Collaboration with school teams and families
Paid administrative time and team meetings included
Dedicated therapy space available
District utilizes an established IEP system with training provided
Supervision & Support
CFY candidates welcome
District provides CF supervision
Experienced SLP team on-site for collaboration and support
Requirements
Active Wisconsin SLP License
WI DPI Certification
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
