Location: Plano, TX
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $56,160 – $59,040 annually
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Caseload: Approximately 40 elementary students

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to elementary students during the 2026–2027 school year. Position Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
- Support a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students
Qualifications
Required
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Preferred
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- School-based experience
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
