As a vital resource for schools, you’ll work onsite and collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and special education teams to help students access the speech-language support they need. This position combines clinical expertise with the rewarding challenge of travel and self-direction.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Proficient in communication, organization, and documentation
- Reliable transportation to travel between private school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language evaluations as well as direct and indirect services
- Develop IEP goals and maintain accurate clinical records
