Step into a fulfilling contract position for the 2026–2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting middle and elementary school students. This onsite role involves working full-time (40 hours per week) within a dynamic and collaborative school environment. You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 35 students, providing high-quality speech and language evaluations, therapy, and IEP development in partnership with educational staff and families.

Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based role, particularly with elementary or middle school-age children, is advantageous
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations and developing IEP goals
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
- Reliable transportation to assigned campus sites
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of around 35 students, delivering direct and indirect speech-language services
- Conduct evaluations and collaborate on the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely and communicate effectively with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and adherence to compliance guidelines
