Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of 65 to 85 students.
- Implementing evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring consistent with best practices.
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to district protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preference for SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- New graduates (Clinical Fellows) considered if supervision arrangements are pre-established; district cannot provide supervision.
- Experience in school-based speech therapy is strongly preferred.
Locations and Caseloads:
- Durham Middle School: Approximate caseload of 65 students.
- Hebron High School / Hebron 9: Approximate caseload of 85 students.
