Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Plano, TX
Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time contract position in Plano, TX. This is a school-based role, and candidates must be bilingual in Spanish. The district may offer renewal opportunities based on performance.
Position Requirements:

Must meet all local and state certification/licensure requirements for Speech Language Pathology.

ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered with appropriate supervision.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Prior experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans.

Provide bilingual therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.

Translate and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families regarding student needs and progress.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations.
Compensation and Benefits:

Pay starting at $40-$50 per hour.
