School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Positions – Plano, TX
Contract Dates: August 5, 2025 – May 22, 2026
Pay Range: $45–$55/hour
Soliant is seeking multiple full-time and part-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Plano, Texas for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in a supportive district environment. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Available Openings:

2 Full-Time Elementary SLPs
-
Each assigned to a single elementary school
-
Caseload: Approximately 45 students
2 Full-Time Elementary SLPs (Split Campus)
Each will cover 2 elementary campuses
Caseload: Approximately 40 students (20 students per school)
2 Full-Time High School SLPs
Each assigned to one high school
Caseload: Approximately 50 students
Includes consult-only cases
1 Part-Time SLP (2.5 Days/Week)
Assigned to an Elementary Behavior Program
Caseload: 6 students
Candidate Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active Texas SLP license or eligibility
Previous school-based experience preferred
Bilingual skills preferred but not required
