Soliant is seeking a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow who is interested in working in a school setting. In this role, the SLP will provide services for students in grades K-5. Please see job details below for more information. 

Location: Near Plainfield, IL

Job Description:
  • Full-time - 37.5 hours/week
  • Elementary School Caseload
  • 2025-2026 School Year 
Job Requirements: 
  • Previous school experience preferred, but not required  
  • Must have active or pending Illinois state SLP license 
  • Must have Illinois PEL
Benefits and Compensation:
  • Hourly pay is $45-$55, based on experience 
  • Guaranteed work hours 
  • Payment for both direct and indirect services rendered 
  • Liability insurance coverage 
  • Industry Leading Health, Vision, Dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week. 
  • Stipends available under certain circumstances
