Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Plainfield, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current IL state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is highly valued
- Comfort with traveling between multiple sites during the week
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for referred students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students with a variety of needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, reviews, and staff training as needed
