This contract position involves providing speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting throughout the school year, starting September 2, 2025, and ending June 26, 2026. The role is district-wide and requires working Monday through Friday, up to 7 hours per day paid (7.5-hour day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch). Services are delivered to students ranging from 3 to 22 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy to students with various speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports.
- Participate in team meetings and IEP planning.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or open to Clinical Fellowship candidates.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings, with caseloads including preschool to young adults.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
