School Speech Language Pathologist - Pittsford, New York
A K-12 school district in Rochester, NY is seeking three onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including candidates open to Clinical Fellowship (CF) year placements, for a full academic year contract. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students aged 3 to 22 across the district.
Location: Rochester, NY
Job Type: Contract, full academic school year (September 2, 2025 – June 26, 2026)
Hours: Up to 7 hours paid per day (7.5-hour day including a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Caseload: To be determined; services include students across early childhood through young adulthood
Qualifications:
- Valid NY State SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Experience or interest in the school-based setting serving K-12 students (ages 3-22)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship candidates
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate district-wide
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide individualized therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliant caseload records
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams supporting student success
