A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade at Crosby Elementary. Caseload: Pre-K to 5th Grade students at Crosby Elementary
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and student outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and district initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
- Experience working within school settings strongly desired.
- Ability to manage a caseload consisting primarily of elementary-aged students.
- Open to working with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Voco candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
