ProCare Therapy is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year to serve K–12 students throughout Pennsylvania. We partner with public school districts, charter systems, and education cooperatives to provide comprehensive speech and language services that help students achieve academic and social success.

Qualifications

  • Active or in-progress Pennsylvania SLP license

  • ASHA CCC or CF eligibility

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Must meet state and district background check requirements


Position Details

  • Start Date: August 2025

  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time

  • Employment Type: W-2

  • Compensation: $2,100–$2,500 weekly (based on experience and location)

  • Contract Renewal: Based on district needs and performance

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings

  • Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans

  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in groups

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
