Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team at a school near Pine City, MN. This full-time opportunity offers a chance to support students in developing essential communication skills, helping them succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students

Focus on improving articulation, language skills, fluency, and voice disorders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of students

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting goals and planning for student success
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
