We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Pickens, South Carolina. This is a full-time opportunity to work with elementary-aged students and help them improve their communication skills through tailored interventions and support.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Pickens, SC
- Caseload/Population: Mixed
- Assignment Period: Full school year
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide individual and small group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Attend IEP meetings and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success
Qualifications:
- Master's in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- South Carolina SLP licensure required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for working with children and supporting their developmental needs
