What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP, along with ASHA CCC or CFY supervision capability
- Prior experience working in a school setting, K-12 preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, goal implementation, and progress tracking
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort with a diverse student population and varying communication challenges
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in developing individualized student goals
- Offer consultative services and recommendations to staff and families
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
