Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Pay: $2,300–$2,500+ per week
Hours: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours/week
Assignment: 2025–2026 school year, travel contract
About the Role
ProCare Therapy is partnering with Philadelphia School Districts to hire a highly motivated School Speech-Language Pathologist for travel assignments. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on K–12 students while gaining experience in a large, urban school environment.
As a travel SLP in Philadelphia, you’ll receive full support from your dedicated ProCare Therapy recruiter, including assistance with onboarding, scheduling, and district coordination. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across multiple grade levels and abilities

Conduct speech and language assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to implement therapy strategies

Offer consultative support to classroom staff to promote communication goals

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district standards

Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and team planning

Adapt therapy delivery for in-person, virtual, or hybrid classrooms as needed
Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility for temporary licensure)

ASHA CCCs preferred; clinical fellows (CFs) considered in some districts

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Prior school-based experience preferred, especially in urban settings

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
