Schedule: Full-time (30–40 hours/week)

Weekly Compensation: $2000+ (commensurate with experience)

Job Requirements:

Provide individualized speech and language therapy to support students’ communication needs across academic and social settings.

Collaborate with IEP teams to develop, implement, and monitor speech-language goals as part of each student’s educational plan.

Adapt therapy techniques and materials to address specific speech, language, voice, fluency, and/or social communication disorders.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, evaluations, and compliance with school and state requirements.

Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and ensure a coordinated approach to services.
What We’re Looking For:

Valid PA Speech Language Pathologist License (provisional / pending licenses are accepted as well!)

Previous experience in a school setting preferred
