Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time | Approximately 40 hours per week

Caseload: Kindergarten – 2nd Grade

License Requirement: Active Pennsylvania SLP License

Certification: Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in line with district and state standards

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
-
Provide direct therapy in one-on-one, small group, and classroom-based settings
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with district, state, and federal guidelines

Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, occupational therapists, and school administrators

Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share student progress and offer at-home strategies
