SLPA Requirements for School Roles in Pennsylvania
To work as an SLPA in Philadelphia, you must:

Hold a valid Pennsylvania SLPA license (issued by the State Board of Medicine)

Have completed a Board-approved SLPA program

Be supervised by a licensed SLP

Hold current CPR certification
