Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed | Philadelphia, PA | School-Based
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Philadelphia, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic urban school district, providing essential services to students who need speech and language support.
Position Details:
- Location: Philadelphia, PA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
- Caseload: K-12 students (exact caseload TBD)
- Job Type: Contract, onsite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student success
- Maintain proper documentation of student progress and Medicaid billing as needed
- Provide ongoing support and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
