Texas Remote SLP Case Manager Contract School Role
Join our team as a Texas Remote SLP Case Manager, supporting school-based communication services via telepractice. This 1099 contract opportunity allows you to manage therapy, evaluations, compliance documentation, and scheduling for your own caseload. You will work across virtual school teams, coordinating care with multiple stakeholders while maintaining complete autonomy over your schedule. This role is ideal for organized clinicians who enjoy full caseload management in a digital environment. Experience in school-based SLP work is required.
Duties:

Provide case management for assigned student caseload

Conduct therapy and evaluations as needed

Coordinate with general and special education staff

Lead virtual ARD meetings for assigned students

Submit service logs, progress reports, and Medicaid documentation

Manage annual review timelines and due dates

Communicate with families regularly on progress

Maintain confidentiality across all platforms

Train teacher aides or SLPAs when assigned

Resolve scheduling conflicts independently

Monitor compliance via district-provided software

Respond to audit or reporting requests promptly

Track and report service hour fulfillment

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
