School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Peoria, Arizona

Step into an impactful role supporting students’ communication needs in a school setting near Peoria, AZ! This contract opportunity is for the 2026/27 school year, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Caseloads include around 50 students, with options to align with your expertise and interest. An important aspect of this position is the ability to supervise an SLPA, empowering both students and fellow professionals.
Qualifications:
- Hold a current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license
- Department of Education Certification required
- IVP fingerprint clearance card required
- Prior pediatric experience is highly preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows and SLPs with CCC
- Experience or willingness to supervise an SLPA
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Supervise and support the professional growth of an SLPA
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Utilize strong communication skills to advocate for your students’ individual needs
