Remote Speech-Language Pathologist – Independent Contractor (Iowa School)
Location: Remote | Serving Iowa K-12 Students
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Iowa to provide virtual speech therapy services to students aged K-12. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours while making a real impact on students’ communication skills.

Location: Remote | Serving Iowa K-12 Students
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Iowa to provide virtual speech therapy services to students aged K-12. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours while making a real impact on students’ communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote speech therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop personalized therapy plans
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Maintain thorough documentation of all therapy sessions, progress updates, and IEP reports
- Communicate with families and school staff regularly to track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Active Iowa SLP license
- 2 years previous experience in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
