Join Our Team: Speech-Language Pathologists Needed for Maternity Leave Coverage
ProCare Therapy is actively recruiting two full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to cover maternity leaves at a reputable school district. These contract positions start in January 2026 and offer an excellent opportunity to support students in a structured, collaborative environment.
About the Roles
Position 1:

Start Date: January 5, 2026

End Date: March 1, 2026

Caseload: Students in grades 4 and 5

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Elementary school campus

On-Site Requirement: Full-time presence expected
Position 2:

Start Date: January 18, 2026

End Date: Late March to early April (exact date TBD)

Caseload: Kindergarten and 1st grade students

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Early elementary campus

Team Environment: You will collaborate with two other on-site SLPs providing services to this age group

On-Site Requirement: Full-time presence expected
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess an active state license or be eligible to obtain one prior to starting. Preference will be given to those with ASHA certification (CCC) and school-based experience, although Clinical Fellows with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage IEP caseloads in a school setting are essential. Candidates must commit to working on-site for the duration of the assignment and be comfortable collaborating with school staff and other SLPs.
