Deliver transformative speech and language therapy in our cutting-edge virtual education platform. We're seeking a skilled speech language pathologist who excels at providing comprehensive teletherapy services helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.
Position Overview
Provide speech and language therapy for a caseload of 50-58 students weekly, working 37 hours in our structured virtual platform. Your clinical expertise will support students with diverse communication disorders through engaging, evidence-based teletherapy interventions across all grade levels.
Clinical Service Delivery
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized protocols
- Create individualized therapy plans with measurable goals
- Implement articulation therapy for speech sound production errors
- Provide language intervention targeting morphology and syntax
- Support students with fluency disorders through evidence-based techniques
- Address voice and resonance disorders with therapeutic approaches
- Deliver AAC device training and implementation
Collaborative Practice
- Participate in IEP meetings presenting assessment findings
- Consult with teachers on communication strategies
- Provide parent training and home practice activities
- Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists
- Document therapy sessions with accurate data
- Communicate regularly with families about progress
- Engage in multidisciplinary problem-solving
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology license
- 2+ years of school-based speech therapy experience
- Strong knowledge of pediatric communication disorders
- Experience with teletherapy platforms
- Excellent rapport-building skills for online therapy
