Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Elementary Schools (K5)
Position Overview:
Elk River Area Schools, in collaboration with ProCare Therapy, is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their educational team. The SLP will serve elementary students (K–5) at one school site or may split time evenly between two buildings based on district needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

Conduct evaluations and assessments
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families

Complete IEPs, progress reports, and due process documentation

Support students’ communication development in academic and social settings
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Minnesota SLP license or eligibility
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs welcome
-
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-
School-based experience preferred, not required
