Schedule: Monday–Friday, School Hours
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Sherman, CT. In this role, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students in a supportive, collaborative school environment. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to help each student reach their communication and academic goals.
Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.

Provide direct therapy sessions and track student progress.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active Connecticut SLP license and CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required or in process.

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
