Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a few passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. These full-time positions offer flexible K–12 caseload options to serve the diverse needs of students in the Patterson area. If you are dedicated to supporting students’ communication development and academic success, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade.

  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.

  • Manage a caseload of students, including progress monitoring and documentation.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

  • Adhere to all federal and state special education regulations and district policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure.

  • California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential or eligibility preferred.

  • Experience working with K–12 students in school settings is preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
