Pediatric SLP in Paterson, NJ
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in a school setting located in Paterson, NJ. This position offers a contract starting in late November with a standard weekday schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday. The role supports an elementary caseload and welcomes candidates currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school environments with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is advantageous
- Background in healthcare or pediatrics is desirable

- Experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in school or healthcare settings is relevant
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address language, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and comply with school policies and regulatory requirements
