Job Description:
We're hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a diverse and student-centered school district in Paterson, NJ. This position serves a K–8 caseload with a strong team of educators and support staff in place. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and write comprehensive reports

Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative services
-
Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families
-
Maintain accurate records and meet compliance deadlines
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active New Jersey SLP license (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs welcome with supervision plan
-
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus
