Speech-Language Pathologist Needed Join Paterson Public Schools
Position Overview:
As an SLP, you’ll assess student needs, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to support speech, language, and social communication development.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and prepare reports

Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic skills
-
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and progress monitoring
-
Maintain compliance with documentation standards
Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active New Jersey SLP License
-
NJ DOE Speech-Language Specialist Certification
-
ASHA CCC strongly preferred
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Job Details:
