- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for assigned students
- Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student progress and comply with all state and federal regulations
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with students, staff, and families regarding goals, progress, and strategies
