Passaic City Schools is looking for a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students strengthen their communication abilities for learning and everyday life. Join a team dedicated to supporting every child’s success.
About This Role:
As an SLP, you will assess students, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy designed to promote meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop clear, detailed reports

Create therapy plans that align with students’ IEP goals and unique needs
-
Provide intervention for articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication
-
Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to track progress
-
Attend IEP meetings to offer recommendations and updates
-
Keep accurate records in compliance with district and state policies
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active New Jersey SLP License
-
New Jersey DOE Certification for school-based SLP services
-
ASHA CCC strongly preferred
-
School or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Position Details:

Type: Full-time, onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday during school hours

Caseload: K–12 students (assignments vary based on district needs)
