Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid licensure and SLP-CCC required
- Experience working with K-12th grade populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation
- AAC device experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for supporting student growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
- Conduct and interpret assessments; develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication
- Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
- Support students in reaching individualized educational goals
- Offer guidance and support regarding AAC devices for students as needed
